Our farmer shareholders

We source our milk from a small group of farmers, who are also shareholders.

Some have farmed this land across generations for over 100 years.

Our farmers are part of our Mataura Valley Milk family and are key shareholders that drive our success and enhance our ambitions to be the world’s best nutrition business.

This localised supply chain means we can trace our milk source providing full transparency of our pasture to market supply chain – ensuring we deliver premium nutritional products for our global clients.

Our farmers farm on average 3 cows per hectare, ensuring the herds are well fed with nourishing pasture to deliver premium quality milk.

Our people

Our people make the difference and drive our success

We bring a diverse team of people to the table, each with significant expertise and experience within their fields. Their leadership, energy and enthusiasm is evident in all that we do. We always do the right thing and are straight forward with each other.

We demonstrate integrity, respect and work as a team to build mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships.
